Reiturn Investor Portal Walkthrough

So, you’re curious what the Reiturn investor portal looks like? Or maybe you’re an investor needing to find information. Regardless, we’re here to provide you with a simple, yet comprehensive guide to the Reiturn investor portal. 

Logging In

Step 1:

Upon navigating to the Reiturn website, you’ll want access to the investor portal. You can do so by clicking the “Investor Portal” tab on the top right side of the screen.

For mobile users, you’ll want to tap on the three horizontal lines at the top right of your screen. From there, you can select “Investor Portal.”

Step 2:

Once you click on the Reiturn investor portal tab, you’ll be redirected to the login page.

Enter the email address you used to sign up along with the account password you created. Once done, hit “Sign in.”

If you don’t already have an account, you can create one by going through the onboarding process.

Step 3:

Great job! Now you’re logged in. From here, we’ll show you where you can access important documents and information about your portfolio.

If you’ve just completed the investor onboarding, you can select “Continue to Investment Portal” to be taken directly to the Reiturn investor portal.

Navigating the Reiturn Investor Portal

Home Page

Now that you’ve made it to the home page, we’ll share where you can find everything. The homepage is an easy and user-friendly way to access information you need. 

On the home page itself, you can see the taskbar on the left hand side. You can also view quick links to your total investment as well as your portfolio. If you chose to auto-reinvest your dividends or invest monthly, the information on this page will update to reflect that. Additionally, if you’ve chosen to invest more capital, the dollar amount will reflect that change.

Invest

As we navigate below the home page, you can find the Invest tab. 

This is where you can add additional funds to your original investment. Here, we’ve made it quick and easy to invest capital if you so wish.

Transactions

Under the Transactions tab, you can view every transaction that has taken place on your account. This way, your transactions are easily visible and accessible.

Documents

We get it, not everybody likes to read. But, on the off chance you have time (or if you’re just a curious person), you can peruse our offering documents in the Documents tab of the Reiturn investor portal.

You can also view your signed agreements and any pending agreements.

Portfolio

Finally, the meat and potatoes of the investor portal: your portfolio!

Under the Portfolio tab, you can view every property in your portfolio. 

Another innovative feature of this tab is when you hover over a property, you can view additional details. Simply click “More details,” to learn more about the property including market, submarket, asset class, and more.

Additional Reiturn Investor Resources

Calculator

Another innovative feature of the Reiturn investor portal is the growth calculator. Simply enter your initial investment, and the amount you plan to invest monthly (if you choose to do so). Hover over the right hand side of the screen to view the estimated value of your account at any age. 

You can also play around with the dollar amount to see the hypothetical account value with different investment amounts. 

Insights

If you’re a stranger to Reiturn.com, you might not be aware we have an insights page. Our insights page has thought leadership and other investing articles that are helpful and entertaining for all investors to read.

As a Reiturn investor, you have access to all of these articles and more. Simply navigate to the Insights tab and select a blog that interests you. You’ll be able to read right from your portal without being redirected to a different tab in your browser. Cool, huh?

Legal Notices

Under the Legal Notices tab, you can access documents such as the terms of use, privacy policy and more.

Logging Out

Logging out of your account is as easy as logging in. Simply click on your initials in the top right hand corner of the portal, and select “Sign Out.”
